health and safety, gaming law reform - so much uncertainty - and there's
fiscal uncertainty as well," he said.

is uncertainty that is impacting on all jurisdictions, and it's coming

That might well be true, Mr. Premier, but doesn't that count as spin? Deflecting blame & responsibility from yur state government here in Victoria?
